The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handcrafted to order. All of our products are handcrafted one at a time, making it infrequent to create identical items, including but not limited to product thickness and glitter placement. Your product(s) is truly “One of a Kind.”

Cleaning Resin:

To polish the resin itself, you need a small amount of slightly soapy water (a mild dish soap like Dawn is best) and a soft cloth.

Cleaning Stainless Steel:

Most cleaning products are safe to use on stainless steel, you can mix the following with water: baking soda, toothpaste, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, or laundry powder. Just be careful not to use an abrasive brush as it will scratch the surface. Using a gentle cloth, preferably 220gsm microfibre suede or equivalent, is recommended.

Clean every few months; keep your jewelry in a soft cloth jewelry bag when not wearing.

Delivery addresses within the U.S. territories, including PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and all APO/FPO/DPO addresses will arrive in 7-10 business days.

At Sparkling Designs by Melissa, we uphold sanitary and hygienic practices at all times.  Due to this, we do not accept exchanges or returns. 

We do, however, guarantee against all defects in material or workmanship within 30 days of purchase. 

All sales are final.

Sparkling Designs by Melissa is required to collect Sales and Use Tax for online purchases shipped within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 139.340.  Orders are accepted with the understanding that such taxes and charges shall be added, as required by law.  If you are exempt from sales tax, you must provide a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate.

Except as otherwise noted, prices shown do not include any federal, state, district, city or local taxes, or any other taxes or charges imposed by any government authority.  In the states where Sparkling Designs by Melissa is not required to collect and pay Sales Tax, the purchaser is obligated to self-report and pay the Sales and/or Use Tax to the purchaser’s appropriate state and or local Department of Revenue, pursuant to KRS 139.470.
